This is a half-rhomboid VHF (I think) antenna in its issued kit bag. I did use this once a couple of years ago. I listened in to Norwich stations on my Clansman 351.

These do appear for sale periodically, but they seem to be scarce. This half-rhomboid antenna is mounted on a 10 or 12 metre mast.
