The tents do not come with the fly sheet , carry bag, or frame. You can build a decent frame from 4 10ft pieces of 1in PVC and 2 1ft pieces of 1.25 in PVC. The tent in picture has been set up for 2 years with this framing system. Your tent will have never been set up and in almost new condition. Complete instructions including set up and take down using this frame are included. They are dirt and stain free. They have no blemishes of any kind. All connecting straps, etc are also in excellent condition.
