No frame or fly piece. So you are getting the latest technology in military shelters. They may appear similar to other tents but they only appear that way. The fabric is weather proof: unaffected by the sun or the cold.

It is mildew, mold, insect, tear, flame, and Infrared (disappears into ground) resistant. The tents do not come with the fly sheet , carry bag, or frame. You can build a decent frame from 4 10ft pieces of 1in PVC and 2 1ft pieces of 1.25 in PVC. The tent shown in last picture has been set up for 2 years with this framing system.

Your tent will be newer and similar to tent in first picture (the frame system being perfected). Your tent may have some dirt or other blemish, and may have been set up for demo purposes, but otherwise will be in excellent condition. Complete instructions including set up and take down using this frame are included. All connecting straps, etc are also in excellent condition.
