British Military Smock Windproof Green Cadet Forces 1974 Vintage SIZE 4 Medium
I would say it fits a modern medium. Believed to be from 1974. Does have some marks on the front of the smock. And the drawstring cord as word away the "pocket" that it is sewn into on the inside of the garment. Please see photos for condition, for marks mentioned and for measurements.
