M65 US ARMY ECW FISHTAIL PARKA Medium Vtg Mod Military Original Fur Hood Liner

  

Here's a nice looking original US Army Extreme Cold Weather M65 fishtail parka on offer here, well used and comes with liner and wired hood. Outer shell labelled Vanderbilt Shirt Co. It's in a good vintage condition overall, with a few signs of wear, but everything seems in good order. It has all original buttons and all four leather drawstring tabs on hood and the zip works ok as well. There are a few small marks dotted around here and there, to be expected from age related wear.

On the front, the name tape has been removed from the wearer's right hand side, but there is the original US Army tape on the left. There are two small (about 1cm each) typical repairs and a military tailor patch on the button up flap.

This looks like it is a different colour on the pics, but in reality it is a better match. This is a Medium size, they do come up big as they were designed to go over combat kit.

To assist sizing further, measured across the back, with it laid flat, the most accurate measurements I've recorded are. Overall length, bottom of collar to fishtail hem: 41. Please have a good look at all the pictures, as I always try to show the accurate condition of items from all angles. As this is a vintage item listing, there may be minor marks from storage, but I have tried to highlight any specific issue in the text above. Also, as with all old military kit, it may be worth getting the item laundered or dry cleaned, if appropriate, to freshen it up.
