One is NDTE 05 passed inspection in 2012 other is NDTE 17 passed in 2017. You get both plates they are used.

They have signs of wear cannot guarantee anything of the structural integrity. What you see is exactly what you are going to get. Do not know the condition of the ballistic played itself no guarantees.
