British Army olive drab "Middle Parka" with Hood, dated 1953 in fine condition. Tough, heavy and very warm.

Shows no signs of wear & tear consistent with use. Both Parka and detachable Hood present in very good, apparently unused condition: all buttons are present, the zip is smooth and undamaged, the wind resistant outer shell, pile lining and tight knit cuffs show no rips or fading. There is no discernible moth damage or attrition anywhere. With a long tail, wrist straps, knitted storm cuffs, crotch yoke and wire reinforced hood that closes tightly around throat and face, this is a comprehensive piece of winter protection.
