Swiss Military Surplus Army MO-93 Military Bicycle, 7-Speed, Used. Rare, incredible working piece of history! And now, this highly collectible Swiss Military Bicycle specially adapted to meet the needs of armed forces. In use since the early 20th century in many armies throughout the world, bicycles allow swift, silent movement and increased mobility on the battlefield. Created to be used by couriers to deliver messages, ammo, documents and even Swiss cheese to front-line troops. This Bicycle is a strong, sturdy 48 lbs. A few are still used at the Company 17 (Fallschirmaufklrer Kompanie 17) Special Forces base and Paratrooper school at Locarno-Magadino military airport in southern Switzerland. They're currently ridden by cadet officers, sergeant majors, quartermasters, cooks and guards, in addition to being used for physical training and movement between the barracks and firing range.
