UNICOR M-5 Military Helmet PASGT Green US Army DLA100- Sz MED with Camo Cover. It does have wear on it. It has writing on the under side of the brim on the cover and a M on the front of the helmet. I cannot tell what all the letters say inside. I uploaded a photo for you to see.
