Item comes in original army green canvas carrying bag and is stamped CY-1277B/PT. The black telephone is tagged with metal plate. The theleohone set # on tag is TA-312A/PT.

I did open the battery compartment to check for corrosion; compartment appeared very clean and there wasnt any signs of battery corrosion. Earpiece cover has come off. All of the pieces that came loose are included. Please see pictures for most accurate description of condition.
