You get what you get. I do guarentee that you will receive a 4-man crew tent, frame set, and cover. Condition will vary from fair to good cond. Carry bag will show wear w/holes/rust/water stains. Several inspected were mostly complete and pretty nice cond.

At this price i do not guarentee that every accessory is included or that there are not some holes, rips or tears or any other imperfections. These are used, were in use until recently replaced w/new units.
