If you have any questions or need additional photos please let me know. This is a US Military PASGT helmet made in the 1980s by Specality Plastic Products. It is marked "Gang Unit". This could have been related to the military or possibly surplused to a law enforcement agency at the end of it's life with the army.

This helmet also comes with webbing and attachments as shown.
