Condition, meaning it was never assigned to a soldier and has been kept in climate-controlled storage since its 1999 production run. Finding these as a complete "full kit" with the detachable assault pouch in this condition is increasingly difficult. This is an Italian Army surplus - a 90-liter rucksack.
