VTG US Army Officer's Field Mess Kit Chest Nearly Complete Military USA. Awesome vintage military mess kit! Looks to be mostly complete.

It's definitely missing the can opener, 1 set S&P shakers and 2 forks. The pieces are in various conditions, some better than others. Most pieces are marked US Nash. Some are marked US Mirro and US Leyse.

Some of the silverware has different markings, mostly oneidacraft on spoons/forks and US OL, Royal US and blank on the knives. The total weight is 41.4 pounds. There's a sheet of paper included that shows what should be in it (see pic). The leather strap holding the flatware is worn and dry but still holding.

There's some tape/label residue on the front of the case (see pics). Case measures approximately 14.5 x 13.5 x 17.5 inches. Please see all pics for details and measurements and message with any questions.
